Chris Parker works with companies around the world to embrace digital opportunities in the age of the customer. His focus is primarily in the financial services sector, where digital engagement has transformed the relationship between an organisation and it’s customers. Building on his experience in Corporate Strategy and IT leadership roles, he confronts management teams with the new realities of the disruption economy. Chris is a certified Customer Experience expert, a member of the ‘Global CX Panel’ of advisors and is co-founder of the local customer experience leadership events called ‘CEX in the City’.
